Fantastic service. Would recommend. First time mum, went in for two capsules to be installed. Was talked through and shown the entire process, with opportunities to ask questions and practice using the capsule. Customer service was excellent, as was the lead up to the appointment, lots of reminders and communications

Johnno was great to deal with in inspecting and fixing our car seats. On the left was how a large retailer “professionally” installed our baby capsule (…despite the clear writing to go over the bar) vs how it should correctly have been done on the right.

Liam is fantastic. There's a reason for all the reviews. Explained everything, allayed my concerns, demonstrated how to use the seat I supplied myself. And all at a very reasonable price. Recommend to everyone. Few mates have said they had to get home and youtube how to adjust etc. No need with Liam.

I can’t recommend Liam enough. He’s so knowledgeable and kind and really put my mind at ease. After a terrible experience at baby bunting with an unsafe car seat installation I’m so grateful I stumbled upon his shop. He gave really easy to understand education on the differing seats and what would be appropriate for my 3 month old now and as he grows. Incredible service, I’m so appreciative thank you a million times Liam!!

Liam is amazing! He has done my capsule, and two car seats (plus changing the forward to rear and back, etc.) , for both of my kids. I always feel leaving confident in my ability and in his installation. He’s super friendly, and incredibly knowledgeable. Highly, highly recommend.

Had a great experience at BubbaSnug Brookvale. Very friendly service and everything about my car seat (and car) was well explained and thorough. I will definitely be going back when my seats need to be turned . 100% recommend . Also a great price, got quoted $25 more from a much less friendly mechanic nearby who would not have explained anything to me!
